Zhengzhou AAT Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. delivered a high-precision filling and packaging line for pharmaceutical powder and fine granules to a domestic biopharmaceutical enterprise. The whole production line complies with GMP cleanroom standards and has passed strict cleanliness inspection to meet the high requirements of medical production on hygiene, precision and traceability.
Considering the particularity of pharmaceutical production, this solution adopts a fully sealed structure, negative pressure dust removal system, HEPA air purification device and online cleaning module. The filling area reaches ISO Class 7 cleanliness standard. Equipped with a servo-driven twin-screw metering system, the machine achieves high filling accuracy of ±0.1g and supports flexible specification switching from 1g to 5kg. Integrated with data recording, batch management, fault alarm and production traceability functions, the line fully meets pharmaceutical audit standards.
After commissioning, the customer realized unmanned packaging operation. The production efficiency increased by 200%, and the product qualification rate remained 100%. The production workshop successfully passed multiple regulatory inspections.
